How to use

IT'S ALL IN YOUR HANDS

We provide a number of resources that you can use in addition to your main recording. Find out how to use it all by watching the video or download the pdf to keep with you.

Keep the cogs turning and deepen your experience! The four core self-help exercises we offer work on your cognition and self-awareness in the way that a coach or therapist would. Following these exercises gives you understanding and control – which is exactly what your inner self most wants and needs!

#1 – “What It’s All For”

Answer these questions to determine what you’re truly aiming for and to increase your internal motivation. It’s about who you truly want to be, and why.

#2 –“Talking to Yourself”

Take yourself through a ‘myth-busting’ exercise, challenge whether those ‘reasons why not’ are really valid. Who says you can’t?!

#3 – “Taking It in Steps”

Break your task down into the practical steps required, then keep your inner self engaged and motivated by focusing on – and celebrating – each successful step in turn.

#4 – “New Behaviours”

Go from self-talk to action: create and experiment with safe and secure ways of gradually proving to yourself that change is indeed happening – YOU are changing.

Read around the issue, bring your findings into your contemplation! What easier way to keep working on an issue or goal than doing some helpful reading during the day? And it keeps your subconscious process moving! We’ve matched key themes in our programmes to key themes in articles and links from sources around the world.

No issue is dimensional: keep things fresh and give your subconscious another dimension to consider! From time to time, you may wish to take a break from your core recording. Listening to one of the recommended ‘Time Out’ recordings will not only keep your subconscious engaged, it will add a new approach to addressing the issue you’re working on.
